This tarot spread will help you explore the archetype that the tarot feels best currently explains your character (how you respond to your environment).

The archetype that comes up in your reading does not mean it is the only archetype that exists within your psyche, nor does it mean that it will follow you throughout your life. It is merely the part of you that has something to say at this given moment (for one reason or another!).

1. Magician = Alchemist

2. High Priestess = Mystic

3. Empress = Mother

4. Emperor = Father

5. Hierophant = Mentor

6. Lovers = Lover

7. Chariot = Warrior

8. Strength = hero/Heroine

9. Hermit = Wise Man

10. Wheel of Fortune = Gambler

11. Justice = Advocate

12. The Hanged Man = Seeker

13. Death = Rebel

14. Temperance = Mediator

15. Devil = Hedonist

16. Tower = Destroyer

17. Star = Child: Divine

NOTE: You can pull the first card in the tarot spread with only Major Arcana or Court Cards if you’d like to have a very clear archetype. Pulling from the full deck will certainly work too but you may have to use your intuition to decipher which archetype the card is representing.
