Please allow 1-5 business days (approx) processing time before your order ships. Additional time may be needed during the holidays and large promotional sales.
Transit time is estimated based on the chosen service with an origin of Virginia. Please refer to the carrier's tracking number for the most accurate estimated delivery date and additional shipping information
All orders are shipped through USPS with tracked shipping
Shipping to all 50 states and U.S. territories. (See note below for international shipping.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders may take as little as 1-2 weeks but please allow up to 8 weeks for orders to Canada, Australia and other countries outside of the US to arrive. This is due to regulatory bodies, customs, import times, and other implemented policies on international packages.
Once an order has shipped from my shop, it is out of my control! The post office and customs can take as long as they want with an order. I cannot contact them to tell them to rush your order or ask why it’s taking so long. Please be patient!
REFUNDS, RETURNS EXCHANGES & CANCEL AN ORDER
Since many orders are personalized, there are no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Once an order has been placed it us unable to be cancelled or adjusted. Please check your order before it is placed to make sure it is completely accurate.

DAMAGED ITEMS / WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Orders are closed 24 hours after the items are marked as Delivered on postal website and will no longer be eligible for order assistance.
