Self Care Ritual Tarot Spread
I try to set the intention once per week to spend a few hours alone doing self-care practices. My routines change every time but often involve things like meditation, personal tarot readings, candle magick, manifestation, mediumship, ritual baths/showers, walks in nature, yoga, journaling, making music, dancing, intentional crafting, cooking etc. etc. etc. Whatever I feel drawn to that given week is what I try to focus on.
I’ve noticed that since having this practice weekly for the past few years how greatly it has impacted my life. The practice of disconnecting from others (both virtually and in real life) allows me the space to listen to my inner voice. All of my greatest decisions have come in the past few years during these sessions or rituals of self-care that I allow myself.
I wanted to create a tarot spread that you could use as an accompaniment to your own personal self-care routine. This spread will help give some insight and guidance on what would be best for you to focus on at that particular time.
