Radical self-love isn’t easy but if there’s anything I’ve found through my years of studying spirituality and trying to understand the human experience, it’s that nothing can change your outer-world like harnessing love internally.

I’ve paid thousands of dollars (yikes) for tarot readings, spiritual workshops, courses, books, tools, therapy, etc… and none of my experiences have been so moving as the step I took to connect deeper with my heart chakra. Releasing the blockages I felt toward loving myself took work but I noticed very quickly how that seemingly small or insignificant change of embracing myself more fully extended to every area of my life. Suddenly all of my relationships went deeper, my appreciation for the world around me expanded, I gained confidence and took bigger steps towards self-actualization.
