Like many people, the third eye (ajna chakra) was the first one I learned about. Learning about the third eye happened simultaneously with learning about energy that exists beyond what our eyes can perceive. It’s hard to believe this was over a decade ago now, that sparked my interest in spirituality and brought me to exactly where I am today.
