The last tarot spread I made for Burnout was back in 2017 (click here if you want to check it out). Since it’s been quite a few years since that initial tarot spread, I figured why not revisit the topic.
Burnout is such a common issue in our current society. We collectively applaud hard work and deem anyone who doesn’t work at a 110%+ capacity as “lazy” or “unmotivated”.
The intense and sustained focus on work can lead to burnout, characterized by emotional exhaustion, cynicism, and decreased effectiveness at work.
