The Solar Plexus Chakra - rules our personal power, confidence, logic, ego.

Someone who has a balanced Solar Plexus will be reliable, confident, orderly, and will harness their inner power to chase after what they want. People with a balanced Solar Plexus will take calculated risks to follow what they seek.

If you are lacking confidence, are scared to try something new, are feeling overly judgmental - your Solar Plexus may have an imbalance.

As I said in my Sacral chakra spread,  we flux and flow between allowing the energy to harmoniously cycle through the chakras, it is important to 'check in' often with your energy.

Because one Chakra is overactive at a certain time, does not mean it will be that way forever. We change, we grow, we embrace different traits and lines of thinking, we engage in different physical activity on different days. Our external world constantly influences our internal wellbeing. It is important to check in with yourself often.
